Besides the production endpoint, an additional endpoint for technical testing is available on demand.
Security
The calling IP addresses will be restricted to a limited range. Please take this in consideration when calling services provided by this API. Please also make sure that the endpoint port of the API is whitelisted.
Rate limit check: The number of request lines per minute and customer is restricted to 100. Additional requests will be rejected. The message text is e.g. 040 ‘Rate limit (call lines per minute) exceeded: 101’
The number of daily calls is restricted to 1000 calls a day.
The authorization takes place via the “Basic” HTTP authentication schema. Credentials (user name / password) will be provided by SCS EMEA based on AVNET EMEA business requests. Depending upon the different AVNET EMEA business (“SPEEDBOAT”) you would like to connect to, three different sets of credentials could be required.
