These devices combine the high efficiency of Schottky rectifiers with the thermal stability of fast recovery diodes. Targeting automotive and industrial applications in the medium power segment (VR = 100V – 200V), the AEC-Q101 compliant rectifiers are of benefit in high temperature environments. These extremely low leakage devices allow an extended safe-operating area up to 175°C and offer at the same time significant room to optimize your design towards higher efficiency.
