The BridgeSwitch family of integrated half-bridges dramatically simplifies the development and production of high-voltage inverter driven single- or multi-phase PM and BLDC motor drives. Plug-n-play gate drivers for high power industrial motor drive / traction
Plug-and-play products are complete, ready-to-use IGBT drivers that have been tightly matched to a specific device. Drivers are available to cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules with reverse voltages from 1200 V to 6500 V.
