KIOXIA Europe GmbH (formerly Toshiba Memory Europe GmbH) is the European based subsidiary of KIOXIA Corporation, a leading worldwide supplier of flash memory and solid-state drives (SSDs). In 1984 Toshiba invented a new type of semiconductor memory called flash memory. Later in 1987, NAND flash memory was developed that raised electronic equipment to the next level.
