Automotive qualified 100V Opto-Relay

Vishay Intertechnology's VORA1010 is an AECQ102 qualified solid state relay suitable tailored for load voltages up to 100V and load current up to 100 mA. The part comes in a small SOP-4 package and offers a wide temperature range up to 125°C. This ensures reliable and noise free switching in harsh environment applications such as battery monitoring systems, energy storage systems and other industrial applications needing isolated switching.
