Dual channel digital isolator

STISO620 digital isolators IC devices can transfer in parallel two digital lines over the galvanic isolated barrier: both lines go from low voltage domain to high voltage domain direction of the device or vice-versa, thanks to thick oxide 6kV galvanic isolation technology.

STISO620 is offered in SO8 Narrow body package option with 4mm creepage and clearance values, 4000V_peak impulse withstand voltage (V _IOTM) and 2830V_rms isolation voltage (V_ISO). It supports an high rate of maximum working isolation voltage (V_IOWM=849V_rms). Isolation key parameters have been tested VDE0884-10 and UL 1577 standards and the product is certified by UL1577.

Applications
