Dual channel digital isolator

STISO620 digital isolators IC devices can transfer in parallel two digital lines over the galvanic isolated barrier: both lines go from low voltage domain to high voltage domain direction of the device or vice-versa, thanks to thick oxide 6kV galvanic isolation technology.

STISO620 is offered in SO8 Narrow body package option with 4mm creepage and clearance values, 4000Vpeak impulse withstand voltage (V IOTM) and 2830Vrms isolation voltage (VISO). It supports an high rate of maximum working isolation voltage (VIOWM=849Vrms). Isolation key parameters have been tested VDE0884-10 and UL 1577 standards and the product is certified by UL1577.

Applications

  • STISO620: suitable for Ind. applications such as grid, electricity meter, motor drives, factory automation, lighting, power supplies and appliances and replacements for optocouplers, which suffer of well-known aging performance degradation.
