The TJA1462_3 series of CAN FD Signal Improvement transceivers drive CAN FD signals with active Signal Improvement, decreasing signal ringing in a network. Featuring a high-performance, highly symmetric transmitter, the TJA146x series provides the ability to operate CAN FD networks at significantly faster bit rates and in more complex network topologies.

The TJA146x series are available as pin-compatible replacements to conventional HS-CAN transceivers, and fully compliant to ISO 11898-2:2016 and backward compatible.

  • Variant with VIO input allows for direct interfacing with 3.3 V and 5 V microcontrollers
