Your Technical Academy
Join us for an engaging EBV Hands-On training, where you’ll gain practical, project-oriented experience with the latest semiconductor and embedded technologies.
This interactive workshop gives you the opportunity to work directly with development tools, evaluation boards, and real-world application examples, guided by our Field Application experts.
Throughout the session, you will learn best practices, explore key device features, and discover how to accelerate your design cycle with optimized hardware and software solutions.
Agenda:
GreenPAK
This hands-on training introduces participants to Renesas GreenPAK, an innovative family of cost-effective, ultra-low-power configurable mixed-signal ICs. Attendees will explore GreenPAK’s drag-and-drop design environment, which enables rapid prototyping without the need for complex PCB spins or firmware development.
The training highlights GreenPAK’s flexibility in integrating analog, digital, and power-management functions into a single tiny device. Through guided exercises, participants will learn how to create custom circuits, simulate behavior, and program real GreenPAK devices.
By the end of the session, developers will understand how GreenPAK accelerates design cycles, reduces BOM cost, and enables highly optimized embedded solutions.
ForgeFPGA
This hands-on training introduces participants to Renesas ForgeFPGA, a family of ultra-low-power, low-density FPGAs designed for cost-sensitive embedded applications. ForgeFPGA devices deliver industry-leading efficiency with standby currents below 20 µA, enabling their use in applications previously inaccessible to FPGAs due to power constraints.
Participants will also learn how ForgeFPGA achieves exceptional affordability, with devices priced well below $0.50 in volume, making programmable logic viable even in high-volume designs.
The training highlights the free, license-free Go Configure™ Software Hub, which supports both HDL-based and schematic-capture development flows for fast and accessible design. Through guided exercises, attendees will explore the architecture, toolchain, and practical implementation techniques to accelerate prototyping and system integration with ForgeFPGA.
Each participant will receive their own evaluation board.
We look forward to welcoming you to a productive and inspiring session – let’s innovate together!
