Dear Customers,
We are pleased to invite you to our training day, designed to provide you with the latest information on secure IoT solutions. This free training, organized in collaboration with our partners NXP, SIMCom, and AWS, focuses on the specific needs of the European market for consumer and industrial IoT.
Following the adoption of the CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) by the European Union, manufacturers of connected equipment are facing new security requirements to obtain authorization to place them on the European market. To support you in this transition, we will provide you with practical information on the impact of ARC on product design and lifecycle. We will define the process to achieve CE compliance and adopt safety best practices. The training will cover key topics such as Threat Model Analysis and the latest connectivity technologies to help your teams reconcile go-to-market constraints and encourage the emergence of innovative solutions.
During this course, you will learn about the latest generation of NXP microcontrollers: MCX and RW61x series (including Wi-Fi, BLE and 802.15.4 connectivity). We will also explore the A30 and A5000 series of cryptographic coprocessors as well as SIMCom LTE Cat 1 bis connectivity solutions.
The morning will be dedicated to presentations and demonstrations, followed by a lunch offered by EBV and our event partners. The afternoon will be dedicated to a hands-on session where you will work directly on the NXP MCXN947 and RW612 development boards. You will learn how to configure the Zephyr environment under VSCode and implement LTE Cat 1 bis and Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as advanced security features such as secure firmware updates via MCUboot, Secure Enclave (TF-M) activation, and protection against counterfeiting through the use of a cryptographic coprocessor.
