MCX
New microcontrollers built on the strength of more than 20 years of industry-leading Kinetis and LPC portfolios. The MCX, based on ARM Cortex M33 core, includes four series of devices based on common platform and is supported by the widely adopted MCUXpresso suite of development tools. The MCX portfolio features the specialized neural processing unit (NPU) for accelerating inference at the edge.

i.MXRT 1180
New family of crossover MCUs with dual core architecture - both an 800 MHz ARM Cortex-M7 and a 240 MHz Cortex-M33 for ultimate design flexibility. This family includes a Gb time sensitive networking (TSN) switch to enable real-time rich networking integration that handles both time-sensitive and industrial real-time communication. The i.MXRT1180 comes with high level of security at EdgeLock secure enclave.

i.MX 9
New series applications processors bring together higher performance applications cores ARM Cortex A55, an independent real-time domain, Energy Flex architecture, EdgeLock® secure enclave and dedicated multi-sensory data processing engines (graphics, image, display, audio and voice). The i.MX 9 as part of the EdgeVerse™ edge computing platform, integrates hardware neural processing unit (NPU) for acceleration of machine learning applications at the edge.
