ams OSRAM CSG8K / CSG14K
8.3Mp & 13.8Mp 1" High Speed Global Shutter CMOS Image Sensor
The CSG8K and 14K is a high-speed CMOS image sensor family developed for machine vision, video applications and factory automation
The image sensor has a 3.2 µm pixel size FSI charge domain technology, working in a pipeline mode allowing exposure during read out, while performing true CDS (Correlated Double Sampling) operation. Both versions offer 16 sub-LVDS data output channels running at up to 1.25 Gbit/s each, resulting in a frame rate of 140 fps (CSG14K) or 231 fps (CSG8K) in full resolution. Binning of pixels is possible to improve FWC, DR and SNR. HDR modes operate with dual exposure. Exposure and read-out can be externally triggered.
