The SiZ254DT is a dual N-Channel 70 V Integrated MOSFET half-bridge power stage in PowerPAIR® 3 x 3S package, with an optimized Qgd/Qgs ratio that improves switching characteristics. PowerPAIR® 3 x 3S package is designed for high switching frequency, featuring innovative bond wireless interconnects that minimize parasitic inductance within the package. The SiZ254DT features a symmetrical configuration for 50% Duty where RDS(ON) pairing is tuned for 50% or higher duty cycle, and Low FOM and Qgd for high efficiency in switching applications.
