ESP32-S3-MINI-1 and ESP32-S3-MINI-1U are two powerful, generic Wi-Fi + Bluetooth LE MCU modules with an optimized size and a rich set of peripherals. They are an ideal choice for a wide variety of application scenarios related to the Internet of Things (IoT), such as embedded systems, smart home, wearable electronics, etc.

ESP32-S3 is a dual-core XTensa LX7 MCU, capable of running at 240 MHz. Apart from its 512 KB of internal SRAM, it supports larger, high-speed octal SPI flash, and PSRAM with configurable data and instruction cache.
