The Broadcom^® 3535 Surface Mount LEDs for horticulture applications are energy efficient LEDs that can be driven at high driving current and able to dissipate heat efficiently resulting in a better performance in reliability. Its low profile package design addresses a wide variety of applications where superior robustness and high efficiency are required. In addition to being compatible to reflow soldering process, the silicone encapsulation ensures product superiority and longevity.

To facilitate easy pick and place assembly, the LEDs are packed in tape and reel. Every reel is shipped in single flux and color bin, to provide close uniformity.

The Broadcom ASM6 LED series, a continuation of the ASM3 series, is the latest high power LED development edition. While maintaining a similar 3535 footprint, the ASM6 series exhibits a higher lumen output and displays a better cost-per-lumen ratio. The new ASM6 family is energy efficient with good heat sink properties, superior package robustness and enhanced product longevity with its silicone encapsulation.
