Industrial Robotics based on Nexperia Solution

The Industrial Robotics design offers great thermal performance. To reduce transformer size and cost, the GaN FET is working at 300 V to 600V at high frequency. LFPAK and CFP (Clip bond package) allow high efficiency for motor drive and DCDC electrical vehicles.
