BCM87360 Block Diagram based on Broadcom Solution

Reference design based on Broadcom's BCM87360 Optical PHY. It is a single-chip, 8x106-Gb/s full-duplex Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM-4) PHY. This low-power device supports both the PAM-4 and Non Return-to-Zero (NRZ) data formats.
