Valon Shala, Principal FAE Functional Safety, Infineon Technologies
Valon is a Principal Field Application Engineer for Functional Safety at Infineon Technologies, supporting customers across the EMEA region. He brings deep technical expertise and industry insight, with eight years of experience in the automotive and semiconductor industries - 7 of which are focused on functional safety. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Functional Safety Engineer in Infineon's Microcontroller R&D department and as a Software Test Engineer for high-voltage battery systems at a major German OEM. His background spans safety concept development, system validation, and customer enablement in safety-critical applications.

Anna Bonaldo, Functional Safety Chapter Leader, Bluewind
Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, and has strong expertise in AI, machine vision, functional safety for automotive and industrial sectors, and embedded software development. Currently, Anna leads a team as the chapter leader for Functional Safety and Cybersecurity, ensuring high standards in these critical areas.
