AEC-Q100-qualified and low-noise, the LD49100 dropout voltage linear regulator is ideal for multiple automotive applications, including in-cabin ECUs.
Ultra-low quiescent current of 5 μA combined with 28V input voltage make the ST732 suitable for always-on applications, such as smart meters, smoke detectors and industrial machines
The ST730 is a 300mA, 28 V LDO regulator with embedded protection functions, featuring ultra-low quiescent current of 5 μA suitable for electronic applications which are always turned on.
Housed in a compact package, the LD57100 voltage regulator for battery-operated devices features ultra-low dropout voltage at 1 A load. Thermal protection and shutdown mode included.
The LM217M and LM317M are monolithic integrated circuits in DPAK and SOT223 packages used as positive adjustable voltage regulators.
The LM4040 is a low power and high accuracy shunt voltage reference providing a stable output voltage over the industrial temperature range (-40 °C to +125 °C), with a maximum temperature coefficient of 70 ppm/°C.

ST offers interface ICs complying with the most popular industry-standard protocols including RS-232, RS-422, RS-423, and RS-485. They are available in a choice of transmitter/receiver configurations with data rates up to 30 Mbit/s. To meet requirements for the harsh industrial environment, they are available in a 3 to 5.5 V operating voltage range with enhanced ESD protections (15 kV HBM, 8 kV contact discharge) and extended temperature range (-40 to 125°C).
