32MHz ARM® Cortex®-M23 entry level general-purpose microcontroller
The RA0E1 is the product which aims to Low-end Arm® MCU market. This product implements the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core with low power and peripherals which are optimized for BOM cost reduction and simple design for the low-end MCU market. The RA0E1 group supports up to 64-KB code flash, 12-KB SRAM memory and a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V.

The RA2A1 group uses the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M23 core and offers highly integrated, high-accuracy analog capabilities and therefore offers complete MCU with analog solution for signal conditioning and measurement.
