GreenPAK™ programmable mixed-signal ICs
GreenPAK is a family of mixed-signal integrated circuits that contain a wide set of digital and analog components. These parts have extremely low power consumption, they allow space and cost savings.
All the GreenPAK parts are supported by the free GUI-based Go Configure™ Software Hub that requires no programming language skills. Using this software tool, you can easily create custom circuit designs, make simulations, emulate, and program the GreenPAK parts.

The main benefits to use GreenPAK are:
- High level of integration of various mixed-signal products in a single part
- Ability to create a unique solution that stands out from the standard discrete solutions
- Tremendous savings of the PCB space
- Efficient use of the power and implementation of the sleep mode to maintain even lower power consumption
- Easy-to-modify designs and an ability to make changes on the fly - development tools allow fast emulation and programming. Each change of the design is registered in the software and a new checksum is generated to track the modifications
- Worldwide applications support with no NRE charges and the shortest lead times in the industry
- High level of security due to hardware-locking functionality with no ability to read out the design after it’s locked
