FS65/45
The FS6500 and FS4500 system basis chips (SBCs) provide power to MCUs and optimize energy consumption through two DC/DC switching regulators, linear regulators and ultra-low-power saving modes.
Features include:
- Advanced functional safety measures to target ASIL B or D applications
- A serial peripheral interface (SPI) to allow control and diagnostics with the MCU
- Integration of CAN FD and LIN physical interfaces compliant with the ISO 11898-2,-5, LIN 2.2, 2.1 /J2602-2 standards along with the latest automotive OEM standards for EMC and ESD
- A range of integrated safety features such as monitoring of critical analog parameters, a fail-safe state machine and an advanced watchdog to reduce software complexity with dual-core lock-step MCUs
- High-temperature capability up to TA = 150 °C and TJ = 175 °C, compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 0 automotive qualification
FS85/FS84/VR5500
The FS85, FS84 and VR5500 are a family of functionally safe system basis chips (SBCs). They are scalable in power and safety and an integral part of safety applications such as ADAS vision and radar systems and V2X applications.

The VR5510 is NXP’s multi-channel high-voltage PMIC device designed to be used for high-performance automotive and industrial applications. The VR5510 is designed specifically for the S32G vehicle network processor family targeting service-oriented gateways, domain controllers and safety controller applications.

FS56
The FS5600 is an automotive buck regulator and controller for infotainment, cluster, driver awareness and telematics applications. It offers voltage monitors and watchdog timer. It integrates a battery connected DC/DC controller with external FETs and a battery-connected DC/DC converter with internal FETs. In addition, it offers functional safety features fit for QM to up to an enhanced ASIL B version which features a Challenger Watchdog and Logic BIST (LBIST) which may be used to achieve ASIL D functional safety at the system level.

The TEA2016AAT is a digital, configurable LLC & PFC combo controller for high-efficiency resonant power supplies. It includes both the LLC controller functionality and PFC controller, which operates in DCM and QR mode.

The TEA2095T/TE is a high performance synchronous rectifier (SR) controller IC for switch mode power supplies. This SR controller incorporates an adaptive gate drive method to save the maximum amount of energy at any load.

TEA2208
The TEA2208T controller IC for active bridge rectifiers, replaces traditional diode bridge with low-ohmic high-voltage external MOSFETs and significantly improves the efficiency of the power converter, as the typical rectifier diode-forward conduction losses are eliminated.

TEA1708
The TEA1708 is an automatic discharge IC for X capacitors with a low power consumption, typically 1 mW at 230 V (AC). Applications are any AC connected power supplies with X capacitors > 100 nF requiring a low load standby power.
Key features:
- Integrated 500 V clamp; no metal oxide varistor required to protect the IC
- Self-supplied, no external bias required
- Discharge current internally limited
- Adjustable discharge delay
- Very high differential surge: 6 kV with two 200 kΩ resistors
- Easier application design, resolving EMI issues while retaining the efficiency level
TEA1721
The TEA1721 is a small Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) controller IC for low power applications (up to 5 W) and operates directly from the rectified universal mains input. The device includes a high voltage power switch (700 V) and has been optimized for flyback converter topologies to provide high-efficiency over the entire load range with ultra-low power consumption in the no-load condition.

- 700 V high voltage power switch for global mains operation
- USB battery charging and Energy Star 2.0 compliant
- Enables no-load power consumption < 20 mW
- Very low supply current in no-load condition with energy saver mode
