The VS‑QA100FA10 is a high‑performance insulated Gen 2 Schottky rectifier module designed by Vishay for demanding industrial power‑conversion applications. Built with Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS®) technology, it integrates two fully independent 100V / 50A diodes in a compact, fully insulated SOT‑227 (miniBLOC) package.
