The Toshiba TB9M001FTG SmartMCD™ is a highly integrated automotive motor control IC for dual brushed DC motors. It combines relay drivers, an Arm® Cortex®‑M0 MCU, LIN communication and power management in a compact VQFN48 package.
TB9M001FTG is AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) qualified and meets ASIL-A requirements. The solution reduces component count, saves PCB space and enables precise, efficient and safe motor control for modern automotive comfort systems.
