Security is paramount with the RA6W1, featuring advanced measures such as eXecute in Place (XiP) with on‑the‑fly decryption, TRNG, AES‑256, secure key storage, and secure boot to keep data protected. The device is Matter Ready and Matter certified, aligning with the latest IoT standards for long‑term compatibility. It also includes an extensive set of integrated interfaces—UART, SPI, I2C, SDIO, PWM, I2S, and GPIOs—making system integration straightforward.
