Multi-zone direct Time-of-Flight (dToF) sensor with configurable resolution of 8x8, 16x16, 32x32 & 48x32
High-resolution configurable multi-zone dToF sensor is very compact footprint. Featuring a wide FoV, this fully integrated dToF sensor combines a multi VCSEL emitter topology along with a SPAD array, TDCs, embedded processing and optical filters to provide a higher performance 3D distance sensing module for a wide range of applications including, LDAF, SLAM, presence detection etc.
