Vishay VOIH063A Series
High speed optocoupler, 2 Channel, 3.75 kVrms, 10 Mbaud, SOIC, 8 Pins
The VOIH063A is a dual channel 10 MBd optocoupler utilizing a high efficient input LED coupled to a high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate. The detector features an open drain output. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of 15 kV/μs.
