Vishay VOH263A Series
High speed optocoupler, 1 Channel, 5 kVrms, 10 Mbaud, DIP, 8 Pins
The VOH263A is a dual channel 10 MBd optocoupler utilizing high efficient input LEDs coupled to high speed integrated photo-detector logic gates. The detectors features an open drain outputs. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of 15 kV/μs.
