The new 80 V TrenchFET® Gen IV n-channel power MOSFET that delivers increased efficiency, thermal performance, and reliability in space-constrained applications. Housed in the PowerPAK® 8x8SW BWL package, the device offers best-in-class on-resistance and robust thermal characteristics, making it ideal for demanding automotive, industrial, and telecom applications.
The MOSFET’s low RDS(on) minimizes conduction losses, while its low maximum junction-to-case thermal resistance (RthJC) improves heat dissipation. Wettable flanks support automated optical inspection (AOI), increasing reliability during manufacturing. This new MOSFET is engineered to meet the growing demand for efficient and compact power solutions across multiple high-performance markets.
