Tria SM2S-G3E Renesas RZ/G3E SMARC 2.2 Module

The new TRIA SM2S-G3E SMARC 2.2 module features Renesas new RZ/G3E processors with up to four Arm Cortex-A55 cores, a Cortex-M33 real-time core, Mali GPU, 4K VPU, and an integrated Ethos-U55 NPU for efficient edge AI. It supports LPDDR4 memory with ECC, up to 256GB eMMC, and high-speed interfaces like Dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2 Gen 2, and PCIe Gen 3. Additional embedded interfaces include dual CAN-FD, LVDS/MIPI DSI, HDMI, and MIPI CSI for camera integration. The module complies with the SMARC 2.2 standard and is supported by a development platform, starter kit, and Linux (Android on request).
