The TRIA OSM-MF-IMX8MINI is a highly scalable module featuring NXP’s i.MX 8M Mini application processors built on 14nm FinFET technology, integrating single-, dual-, or quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPUs (up to 1.8 GHz), an ARM Cortex-M4 real-time core, and a GC NanoUltra 2D/3D GPU, with a thermal design power of 2 W to 5 W, complemented by LPDDR4 memory and up to 256 GB eMMC storage for fast, low-power performance.
