Toshiba’s TPH2R70AR5 100V N-channel MOSFET uses the latest U-MOS11-H process for superior efficiency in SMPS and DC-DC converters.
With ultra-low RDS(on) of 2.7mΩ and reduced Qg and Qrr, it minimizes conduction and switching losses, improving power density and reducing costs.
Compact SOP Advance (N) package ensures easy mounting for data centers, telecom, and industrial equipment.
