Toshiba's TMPM4K4FYBUG MCU features an Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, 256KB flash, and 18KB RAM, ideal for motor control. It supports FOC for PMSM and BLDC motors, with advanced motor timers, encoder inputs, and high-speed 12-bit ADCs. Operating at up to 120MHz, it ensures enough computational performance. The compact LQFP64 package (10x10mm) saves space and reduces costs. Compliant with IEC 60730 Class B, it offers reliable solutions for industrial and consumer applications
