Gate driver photocoupler
Toshiba’s TLP5814H gate driver photocoupler is designed for safe, efficient switching of Si & SiC MOSFETs as well as IGBTs in harsh industrial environments. It features a built-in active Miller clamp to prevent self-turn-on in fast switching, high CMTI for noise immunity, and rail-to-rail output with +6.8/-4.8A peak current. Its compact SO8L package and 8mm creepage simplify layout and complies with relevant safety standards.
