Toshiba's TB67Z83xxFTG and TB67Z85xxFTG 80V Gate Driver IC series for BLDC motors include built-in circuits that can drive three phases of high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs. Featuring SPI or hardware control interface, a very low standby current of 1µA (max), and supporting a wide voltage range (8V-75V), they are ideally suited for a wide range of applications such as power tools, gardening tools, cleaners, pumps, fans, blowers, and industrial robots.
