Toshiba's TB67S559FTG stepper motor driver IC is designed to enhance applications with higher voltage (up to 50V) and current (3.0A) ratings. It features built-in current detection, eliminating the need for external current sense resistors, and a compact 5.0mm x 5.0mm QFN32 package. The IC supports a wide operating voltage range (8.2V to 44V) and offers ultra-low on-resistance (0.4Ω typ.). With a maximum operating temperature of 85°C and a sleep mode current of just 1μA, it ensures efficiency, reliability, and easy integration into new designs.
