Toshiba’s DCM34xx0 series offers 4-channel digital isolators with typ 100kV/μs CMTI and up to 50Mbps data rate. They are AEC-Q100 qualified, and ensure stable signal transmission in noisy environments - ideal for EV/HEV systems like OBC and BMS. With flexible channel configurations, low pulse-width distortion, and wide voltage range, they simplify design and enhance system reliability. The SOOIC-16W package with 8mm creepage ensures isolation voltage of 5kVrms.
