The IQ-615 processor combines 8 ARM cores and an Adreno 612 GPU for high performance and energy efficiency in Linux-based edge applications, with advanced ML capabilities powered by the Hexagon™ V66 DSP. It offers robust security features including Secure Boot, TrustZone, and Qualcomm® Trusted Execution Environment. The TRIA SM2S-IQ615 module supports fast LPDDR4 memory, up to 256GB eMMC, and a wide range of interfaces like Dual GbE, PCIe Gen 2, USB 3.1, and multiple camera inputs. Compliant with SMARC 2.2, it comes with a development platform, starter kit, and a Yocto-based Linux BSP for easy integration and evaluation.
