The RA8P1 group MCUs are the Renesas’ first AI-enabled single and dual-core MCUs built on the advanced TSMC 22nmULL process, combining the highest performance Arm® Cortex®-M85 (CM85) and Cortex-M33 (CM33) CPU cores with the Arm Ethos(TM)-U55 neural network processor. Delivering 7395 Coremarks, they enable advanced Edge AI and IoT applications like voice and vision AI, and real-time analytics. With large memory, rich peripherals, and robust security features including TrustZone and immutable memory, they offer secure, high-performance AI performance at the edge.
