The RA4L1 is a new microcontroller addressing applications that need both low power consumption and higher levels or performance. RA4L1 offers operation down to 1.6v, supports single digit µA standby currents and 80 MHz CPU performance with a Cortex®-M33 core, along with advanced peripheral integration and advanced security features.

  • 80 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 with 512KB dual bank Flash, 64KB SRAM, 8KB DataFlash
  • Active: 168 µA/ MHz standby: 1.65µA (typ.) with fast wake-up <3.5µS (from MOCO)
  • Scalable from 48-pin to 100-pin with QFN, LQFP, BGA, CSP package options
  • Segment LCD controller and capacitive touch sensing unit
  • 12-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, temperature sensor, comparators, low-power timers and RTC
  • USB2.0 full speed, CAN FD
  • LPUARTS, SCI (UART, Simple SPI, Simple I2C, LIN ), SPI/ I2C / I3C / SSI / QSPI
  • Secure crypto engine, to support AES, ECC TRNG, GHASH and key management
