Renesas RA4C1
80MHz Arm Cortex-M33 based low-power MCU with TrustZone, segment LCD controller and advanced security
The RA4C1 MCU, the latest addition to the RA4 series, delivers a low‑power solution with advanced security features, making it ideal for applications such as metering or IoT devices. Operating down to 1.6 V and achieving single‑digit µA standby currents, it combines ultra‑low power efficiency with 80 MHz performance powered by an Arm® Cortex®‑M33 core. With integrated advanced peripherals and multiple communication interfaces—including SCI, I²C, and SPI—the RA4C1 is perfectly suited for smart communication use cases such as sensor hubs, system control boards, and beyond.
