64MHz arm cortex-M23 entry level Motor Control microcontroller
The RA2T1 is an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core-based microcontroller group designed for low-end, single motor control applications such as fans, power tools, and refrigerator compressors. Operating at up to 64MHz-the highest in the RA2 series-it enables sensorless vector control of a single motor within a 20kHz carrier cycle. With support for up to 64KB of code flash and 8KB of SRAM, RA2T1 offers a wide operating voltage range from 1.6V to 5.5V and a wide temperature range Ta of -40℃ to 125℃.
