The RA2L2 group is Renesas’ entry-level MCU built on a 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, offering up to 128KB flash and 16KB SRAM. Designed for ultra-low power consumption, it supports a wide voltage range (1.6V–5.5V) and features rich connectivity options including I3C, CAN, USB FS (crystal-less), and USB Type-C. With pin and peripheral compatibility across the RA2L1, RA2E1, and RA2A1 groups, RA2L2 is ideal for compact, battery-powered applications demanding high performance and energy efficiency.
