The NT1821 and NT1822 are High Isolation SPDT Switches, engineered to meet the demands of modern Wi-Fi 7 infrastructure and other wireless communication applications, offering superior isolation and low insertion loss across a wide frequency range. The NT1821 is a high-performance SPDT switch specifically designed for wireless communication systems, with a particular emphasis on Wi-Fi 7 applications. It supports functions like transmit/receive switching and antenna switching. It covers a frequency range from 1.0 to 7.125 GHz and offers high isolation, making it an ideal solution for advanced wireless networks. This switch ensures efficient performance with an operating voltage range from 1.6 to 5.0 V and with a control voltage as low as 1.2 V. Key performance metrics include low insertion loss, and high linearity with a P-1dB of +31 dBm. The NT1821 and NT1822 are identical devices, but have opposite control voltages for the VCTL pin.
