These advanced comparators are designed to meet the stringent demands of portable and battery-powered devices by delivering ultra-low power consumption combined with high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance.

The NJU77210 (single version, push-pull output), NJU77220 (single version, open-drain output), and NJU77222 (dual version, open-drain output) comparators provide significant enhancements in power efficiency, consuming only 0.7μA (single comparator) and 0.6μA per channel (dual comparator). With their rail-to-rail input capability, these comparators support a wide input voltage range from ground to supply voltage plus 0.2V, making them highly versatile for precise voltage detection tasks. Featuring an integrated Dynamic Transient Stabilizer, these devices significantly reduce propagation delay fluctuations, ensuring stable and reliable operation in varying voltage conditions. The built-in EMI filters further enhance reliability by mitigating susceptibility to radio-frequency interference from mobile phones and other devices, making them particularly suited for use in noisy environments such as alarm systems, gas/smoke detectors, and servo drive sensors. These comparators can operate effectively over a broad voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, and their outputs can tolerate input voltages of up to 5.5V beyond the positive supply rail, maintaining high reliability without output inversion even under extreme conditions.
