1.8 V to 5.0 V, 600 mA, 220 nA ultra-low quiescent current, step-down converter
The NEX3060X family of buck converters provide ultra-low quiescent current (IQ) at nanoampere-level, maximizing battery life in low-power, always-on applications such as smart wearables, hearing aids, low-power IoT devices, and other portable electronics. The NEX3060X family achieves high efficiency at no-load or light-load conditions by tightly regulating the output voltage while maintaining an extremely low supply current. This ensures efficient power delivery even when the device is in idle or low-activity states, extending battery runtime and reducing overall power consumption.
