With the development of the new thinfilm IR:6 chip technology ams OSRAM increases the value of IR-based applications such as home appliance and robotics, producing brighter IR llumination for increased sensitivity and higher efficiency.
Wavelengths:
- 850 nm for high sensitivity
- 940 nm for reduced red glow
