With the development of the new thinfilm IR:6 chip technology ams OSRAM increases the value of IR-based applications such as home appliance and robotics, producing brighter IR illumination for increased sensitivity and higher efficiency.
Wavelength options:
- SFH 4250B - 850 nm for high sensitivity
- SFH 4240B - 940 nm for reduced red glow
