Tiny high accuracy digital temperature sensor
AS6223 is the latest extension to our AS62xx digital temperature sensor family, with optimized size to be even smaller (0.82 mm x 0.82 mm) while still offering best-in-class measurement accuracy. ± 0.09 °C accuracy for body temperature range (20°C to 42 °C) and ± 0.3 °C across the full range from -40°C to 125°C.
