Toshiba's TLX9152M, an automotive-compliant photorelay for 400V battery control systems. With a 900V output withstand voltage, it supports battery and fuel-cell control, and BMS in EVs. Key features include a fast 1ms reaction time, low 3mA trigger current, and minimal 100nA off-state current. Housed in a space-saving SO16L-T package, it ensures effective isolation and operates from -40° to +125°C, meeting AEC-Q101 standards.
