LDO voltage regulator family offer significant reductions in power consumption and extending battery life
These regulators, housed in the compact DFN4D package, are ideal for IoT and wearable designs, offering significant reductions in power consumption and extending battery life. The TCR3LMxxA series covers a voltage range of 0.8V DC to 5.0V DC with an input voltage range of 1.4V DC to 5.5V DC, and can deliver up to 300mA of output current.
